By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Rules, the AI Disclosure, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, and you confirm this during onboarding. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent their age.

The service

We provide an AI companion: an original fictional adult character that converses with you, remembers what you choose to save, and evolves through deterministic relationship rules. As described in the AI Disclosure, the companion is not a real person, is not conscious, and does not provide professional advice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• One active primary companion per account applies at this stage of the product.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Rules. In particular you may not attempt to create sexual content involving minors, impersonate real people, plan real-world harm, or circumvent safety systems. Automated moderation enforces these boundaries and violations may restrict your account.

Content and intellectual property

• You retain rights to the content you write.
• The companion's identity, generated text, and the service itself are our or our licensors' intellectual property; you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the service.
• You grant us the license needed to store and process your content to operate the service (see Privacy Policy).

Payments and credits

Paid features consume credits as described in the product. Pricing is shown before purchase; failed generations are compensated automatically; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
